Bak-Anime vendor booths are now ON SALE. You are welcome to fill in a vendors application (Below) to be placed on the wait list.

NEW! We are opening up 10 (and only 10) 8′ ft Tables in Building 2 for Exhibitors. They include 1 8′ foot table, 2 Chairs and 2 Passes (with 6′ feet behind the tables) for only $175.

Building 2 Tables: If you are interested in one of these tables, please email us asap at  Bak-Anime Exhibits. We will send you a revised contract for the table.

Vendor Rates:

Corner Spaces: $325 each. (Each 10×10 corner space comes with one 8′ table & one 6′ table, two chairs and power)

Non Corner Spaces (Inline): $250 each. (Each 10×10 space comes with one 8′ table, two chairs and power)

Vendors Room Rules:

  1. The sale of Bootleg Items is not Permitted.
  2. Allowing access of adult material to minors is not permitted.
  3. The sale of weapons to anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted.
  4. Anyone purchasing a weapon must be made aware of Bak-Anime’s Weapons/Peace Bonding Policy.
